


Parasound ZM 2 Power Amplifier
Description
A compact 2-channel amplifier built for zone and multi-room installations, delivering 120W per channel at 8 ohms with high current for stable operation down to 2 ohms. Its 1U, half-width chassis fits neatly into equipment racks alongside other zone gear, with built-in subwoofer output for in-wall or in-ceiling systems.

- Class AB input stage with premium Class D power stage for efficient, clean amplification
- Audio-sensing auto-on plus 12V trigger input, with looping 12V trigger output for daisy-chaining
- Mono mode combines L and R channels for single-speaker applications
- Speaker-level input for expanding systems without pre-out jacks, plus looping output for additional amplifiers
- Full-range and 80Hz low-pass mono RCA outputs, with a built-in 80Hz filter in bridged mode for driving in-wall/ceiling woofers or passive subs
- Separate level controls for both channels
- Detachable speaker connectors accept up to 12-gauge wire
- Short-circuit and overheat protection with front-panel indicators
- Optional "ZRK" rack mount kit available separately
