Your items should be at your door within 2-3 weeks of your order confirmation. Expect no duties or extra charges. Please ensure you have provided all important information including a contact number should there be any questions to your location. Once your order is ready for delivery our team will call to verify address and perfect time to have your item delivered.

We are happy to assist you and manage your request for returns.
For any order that is accepted for return, we issue store credit and charge a 25% restocking and handling fee.

(c) Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorised person/other service centre.

We deliver across the GCC using our approved logistics providers. Any local custom duties or other charges will be charged to the client’s account. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number and the website of the logistics provider in order to be able to track the status of your order.
Auratech General Trading LLC does ship internationally. However, acceptance of orders being shipped internationally will be at the sole discretion and approval of the management team at Auratech General Trading LLC.
