Monitor Audio Silver W-12 - Subwoofer

A Silver Series subwoofer delivering seismic bass down to 22Hz from a powerful, long-throw 12" driver. Powered by a 500W Hypex Class-D amplifier with Automatic Position Correction (APC) that uses a microphone and test tones to correct for room modes automatically — no positioning restrictions, no manual EQ guesswork.

• Ultra long-throw 12" driver with "dished" C-CAM cone and triple suspension for linearity at high excursion
• Oversized 3" black anodized voice coil for high power handling and low distortion
• 500W RMS Class-D amplifier with switch-mode power supply from Hypex
• Automatic Position Correction (APC) — in-house system that self-corrects for room modes using a microphone
• 32-bit micro-controller monitors performance thousands of times per second to prevent overdrive or distortion
• Three preset EQ modes: Music, Movie, Impact
• USB port for firmware updates
