What are the delivery charges?
Auratech.ae provides Free Delivery for all items within UAE if your total order amount is more than AED 1,000/-. If your order is less than AED 1,000/-, a flat shipping charge of AED 50/- will be applicable.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 7-10 days from the order date.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers firms.
How do I track my shipment?
We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
