The Definitive Technology Descend DN8 is a powerful 500W 8-inch subwoofer using 3XR architecture and dual 8-inch passive bass radiators to deliver the output of a larger 10-inch subwoofer in a compact, room-friendly cabinet. A custom Class D digital amplifier reproduces frequencies down to 35Hz, with onboard controls for volume, low-pass filter, and phase to dial in the ideal bass response.
